1. Non-Refundable Payments
No Refunds: All service payments are final and non-refundable.
Duplicate Transactions: In case of a double payment for the same service, one transaction will be refunded through the original payment method.
2. Service Limitations
Right to Decline: Services may be declined after assessment if an item is found to be untreatable or beyond restoration.
Appearance Changes: Items may not return to their original look or color post-cleaning. No responsibility is taken for such changes.
3. Rework and Charges
Unprocessed Items: If an item is picked up but not processed due to price non-approval, a flat charge of ₹500 will apply.
Rework Requests: For rework within 3 months, a freight charge of ₹300 will be added.
4. Order Modifications
Changes During Processing: Any added requests while the work is in progress will be handled as per feasibility and may include extra charges.
5. Urgent Deliveries
Express Option 1: 7 working days delivery with a 30% surcharge.
Express Option 2: 14 working days delivery with a 20% surcharge.
6. Unclaimed Items
Storage Limit: Items not collected within 2 months of completion may be disposed of or repurposed to recover service costs.
7. Valuables & Packaging
Valuables: Customers should ensure no personal items or valuables are left inside. Mochi Wale is not liable for loss or damage to such items.
Packaging: Customers should use secure packaging to reduce the risk of transit damage. While protective packing is provided, Mochi Wale cannot be held responsible for any damage in transit.
8. Material Limitations
Item Condition: Mochi Wale is not responsible for damage caused due to old age, fragile materials, or inherent weaknesses in the item.
9. Health & Safety
Reactions or Allergies: Mochi Wale is not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or injuries resulting from treated items.
